Delay with Building

In India, construction is a great challenge. Despite specialists in the building field, there are always delays and problems with building materials.The roof had to be completely rebuilt, because the cement that had been used was not sufficiently watertight to bear with the monsoon season. On the photo here, we see how the roof is being temporarily covered to prepare for the  rainy season to come. In the background, the water tower is visible.
