Benefit Events

The Verein Annapurna Schweiz organized a benefit event in the summer of 2011. This was done  within the framework of a full moon in India. This event included a buffet, as well as a bazaar and workshop for children, all to benefit our project in India.  It also included a program for senior citizens and an exhibition of painted Indian wooden figures. The full moon is celebrated each month in India – and once a year, when the full moon is at its fullest size, there is an especially grand celebration. Several thousand Swiss francs could be collected during this holiday time. More events are being planned and will be made public on this homepage.
