The planning of the small farmhouse is compete – the actual building can begin. On the land will be various farmhouses to be occupied by Indian families. The occupants will work in the WPC and tend the land.

Construction of the Dining Hall
The dining hall is an equally important concern as the farm house. Once the house is built, is cooked every day for needy Indians but also for the many helpers and workers on site.

Indian Cooking
The man in the photo is frying a kind of papadam, (a thin pancake made from linseed meal.) A team of cooks are preparing a meal for about 50 people: one of many feasts is about to be celebrated.
